Dive into the northern seas
The OZEANEUM on the harbor island of Stralsund - an architecturally spectacular new building - invites to a fascinating underwater journey through the northern seas, which is unique in Europe. Two extensive aquaria tours project impressions of the Baltic Sea, North Sea and North Atlantic, including the 2.6 million liter schooling fish aquarium with a 50 m² big panoramic panel and the tunnel aquarium. In the centre of the exhibitions are the world ocean, the Baltic Sea, the exploration and utilization of the seas, whales in the show "1:1 Giants of the Seas" and the "Children’s Sea".
