Dynamikum

Race using a skeleton, “shadow dance” and trace your own time-delayed movements in a colour-coded full-body projection, tame gyroscopic forces with balls, rings and discs or explore energy transfer on the double swing: these are just a few of the things that await you, the visitors, at the Dynamikum in Pirmasens.

With 160 exhibits on over 4,000m2, this interactive museum invites you to explore and, in the most literal sense, "grasp" physical phenomena related to movement – because touching the exhibits here is not prohibited; quite the contrary, getting involved and active yourself is part of the programme.

Tickets are always valid for the entire day so you can visit the Dynamikum with all-day access from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs. Monday to Friday and from 10:00 to 18:00 hrs. at weekends and bank holidays (during any breaks as you wish in the adjacent Strecktal public park or nearby town centre).
